How do I connect to my VPS?

If you are using Linux then you will need a program called puTTy which can be downloaded here: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html

If you are using a Windows VPS then you will need to use a program built into your Windows computer called Remote Desktop Protocol.

Here is a guide on how to use Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP): https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17463/windows-7-connect-to-another-computer-remote-desktop-connection
